TrackFX was an Adobe Flash application used to help diagnose Fragile X Syndrome. The project was a collaboration between the Berkeley Institute of Design, UC Berkeley’s School of Information, and the UC Davis MIND Institute. The game was designed for play by children under 5 years old and was distributed on touch tablets (this was right before the iPad, so a bit archaic by today’s standards).
Although the original application is no longer playable, below are some screenshots of the game, as well as its use by children in one of the user studies. For more information on the studies, check out the publication on multiple object tracking in on the Publications page.
